Children’s Church and Nursery Services

On Sunday mornings during the sermon, our children ages K to grade 5 have a Children’s Church time that includes a lesson and activities. All our adult helpers have child protection clearances. Not quite old enough for Children’s Church? Our Nursery Staff would love to serve your family as you enjoy time in the Word.

Bridges Youth Group

Bridges youth group helps kids in 6th to 12th grade transition into adulthood and spiritual maturity using the Bible and the Holy Spirit as our guides. We meet weekly from 7–8:30pm Wednesdays for food, fun, faith and discussion. We not only teach young people the life-giving message of the gospel, but we invite them to serve others the way that Jesus did, especially during our monthly service meetings. We do occasional events with other local youth groups. Some of our favorite annual events are helping lead Vacation Bible School, Bible study, attending a winter retreat, service projects, game nights, gym nights, and more.

Llife at the Well

Llife in “Life at the Well” contains 2 Ls to represent the “Life and Life abundantly” that Jesus came to give (John 10:10). We are a monthly community outreach that aims to share the Reality, Relevancy, and Reliability of Jesus through interactive activities, stories and discussion.

Come join us for Llife At Well every 3rd Friday at 6 p.m. at 420 S. Christian St. Prepare to Laugh, Learn, and Llife with us!

Community Groups

Connect in Community regularly with a group of individuals and families doing life together. Community groups meet in homes or in a public place. They often include a Bible study or book/topic study, but also include fellowship, prayer, and having fun together in community.

LOVE717

Crossroads Mennonite’s Love 717 initiative seeks to contribute to the welfare of the city as we love and serve our community. Our annual 7/17 day of service is a culmination of the outreach we do all year long. Some of our recent Love 717 activities have included: distributing quarters and snacks at the local laundromat, neighborhood cleanup, distributing Thanksgiving meals, hosting warming centers for our unhoused neighbors, and helping with transportation for a refugee family.

“Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.” Matt. 25:40
